When to use: Hiring managers should use this template, and the rest of the Skill-Based Talent Management Guide, when preparing to interview candidates for a position on their team. Based on the Skill-Based Hiring methods, specifically Tier-3 of skill-based hiring implementation, using a hands-on project to observe and evaluate candidate competencies allows for more accurate and equitable assessment of all candidates.
